In-silico Molecular Docking Studies of some Isolated Phytochemicals from Biophytum veldkampii against Cyclooxygenase-II Enzyme and in vivo Anti-inflammatory Activity

Methods: In this research was subjected to extraction using methanol. In-vivo assessed in-silico performed Autodock 4.0. Results: outcomes revealed that methanolic extract has most prominenant at various doses. Among all substances 2,6,3’,4’-Tetrahydroxy-2-benzylcoumaranone effective rating -6.8, which is near Diclofenac, i.e. - 6.9, ensuring a strong binding fondness in between protein ligand. Conclusion: From results, conclusion can be drawn both vivo silico methods. This information sustains useful compound beneficial future clinical studies.
